Caremark is a highly regarded home care provider also offering personal support, home help and companionship services.
Briefed to design a Home Care Funding guide aimed at helping families understand the costs of caring for a member of their family at home.
The design process included creating visuals of alternative front cover and page layouts. The selected front cover, unanimously approved by the Caremark marketing team, used an eye-catching and welcoming handcrafted image of an elderly couple in front of their home.
The clean page design, use of white space, typography, and the corporate blue and cyan colour palette, ensured clear readability across the 24 page guide.
Large numerals also helped to identify the eight sections within the guide as well as bringing visual interest to the page design. Further advice appeared within ‘Tip’ boxouts which used a plus icon to catch the reader’s attention.
